Bertukar ! =,= B-log

B-log
I will turn this into B-log ! =D
[Everyday's word about something i been working on it ]
Just for 30day ! Not much ! =P

----------------Why?
Ermmm...being criticized that i am fat [ indeed i am =( ]
and being sick enough of being in not good shape..
I decided to break the ice !

I decided to contribute to my own body !
I decided to starting an Keep Fit Slimming Plan ! =D
Which is mainly controlling on my nutrition and exercising
Well...being a dude that research alot,i believe that i can have a good controlling on my nutrition

Starting with...
1.An apple before meal ! [ subtitude the extra rice i eat ,cut off nearly 190 calories per meal,which is +-570 calories per day]
2.Yogurt after meal ! [ Cleaning stomach,healthier ]
3.Cutting the breakfast 2nd breakfast i eat in school.

With these steps,i believe it will cut off significant amout of calories i consume everyday .

Continue with..
1.Cardio exercising
-jogging
-cycling
With jogging,i would have to jog everyday atleast 1 hour,which is about equal approx 500 calories burned
[or other words,it increase my body's daily consume by 500calories ],with the afterburn effect,it would mean i burn up to 600calories
With cycling,it burn off about 400,with afterburn,500calories [ assume that i cycling for an hour ]

But,i having problem with jogging,not with the stamina ,but my breathing problem,causing my organ to pain , i would need to search for the rhythm of breathing =/

2.Bodybuilding!Bodytrimming /Bodytoning
-mainly gym

As making the full advantage of time,why not one stone kill two bird?
The theory is..
As i were cutting down my weight,i build in shape as well !
It is because that muscle and fat are two different thing
they don't depend on each other ,
by generally building muscle covered by fat [ which is currently starting i cutting down ]
will get me in shape fast . That the theory =/ i haven't did research on it,but i believe it work

3.As a daily refreshment for my mental
-SPM is near B**** !

Yeah,keeping my mind fresh is critical for this moment , i facing difficulties on addmath , with it greatly drain my Mental Freshness '___' [ Woopss,Addmath is dirty thing for me ! xD ] i would need exercising,confidence to achieve what i want . With this,i believe i found create the will to achieve a healthier body .

-------------Reason to turn this into anoyying B-log?

Well,as the brain in my body ,i know i am a easy giving up person [On doing something which is tired ] . I decided to create this,as a motivator ,to motivate me,to giving me the will to continue ,or in other hand,called self discipline .

Pound for pound, i am an person which can easily gain weight ,without proper care on my nutrition,and ka-boom !
--Actually i am glad i am
1.It force me to take good care of my health ,which is critical for now nor in future ! Thanks =D
2.With these ,i could manage to discipline myself !
-Actually , without my body on forcing myself to work,i would just sit infront of computer or TV for the whole freaking day , with daily exercising ,it offer me a fresh mind to start learning new thing,mainly on my studies

I had this in my mind for quite long time ,and i had enough ,
procrastinate is the thief of time , i ain't going to let it steal away anymore
